CalsonicKansei is committed to helping our team members grow. CK has a dedicated team to Organizational Development & Training because we believe a productive and meaningful career begins with the opportunity to learn and grow as individuals. Through internal and external training, including our Tuition Reimbursement Program, we support and encourage learning throughout our team members’ experience with CK.  Cross Training is another huge part of CK’s DNA. Team members are provided endless opportunities ranging from experiences in different roles/functions to Foreign Service Assignments (FSAs). These FSAs allow team members to gain cross-regional knowledge through travel outside the US.

Tuition Reimbursement

After 12 months of service, full time team members are eligible for tuition reimbursement. Reimbursement is applicable for Technical Certifications as well as higher level degree programs. This program helps team members acquire knowledge needed to progress to the next level.

Manufacturing Leadership Development Program

Manufacturing Leadership Development Program

This 3-month training program provides all Hourly team members the opportunity to develop leadership skills that will enable them to promote-up into various positions and across all functions.  The primary focus of this program is on manufacturing and production supervision, however those successfully completing the program will receive priority consideration when applying for any promotional position.

Best is close to CK’s heart! This program inspires team members to make fact-based, data-driven decisions in pursuit of continuous improvement. Each function within CK has a Best ambassador. Team members are developed through a progression from Facilitator to Pilot to Expert, building relationships, growing problem solving skills, and cross-functional knowledge along the way.
